Artistic Variations
As all of our products are handmade, each bar of soap is unique, and variations in appearance are to be expected. These differences are part of the natural charm of handcrafted products.

If we make any changes to the ingredients of a product, it will be listed separately and clearly identified.

SHIPPING

 We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.

Due to the sensitive nature of our tallow-based products, orders containing tallow items are shipped on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. These orders are held overnight and placed in the freezer with ice packs to help ensure they arrive in the best possible condition.

Orders that contain only soap products will ship the next business day.

Return and Shipping Policy
Due to the personal nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to carefully review your order and shipping information before completing your purchase. Please note that we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Order Error Policy
We reserve the right to cancel any order that results from a system or human error. For example, if a product is mistakenly listed at $0.07 instead of $7.00, and an order is placed at the incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order. We appreciate your understanding should such an error occur.

Allergy Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they are not allergic to any ingredients in our products. As with any skincare item, we recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin for several days before full use, especially if you have sensitive skin.

Please note that all of our products contain animal fats, and we are not a vegan company. We understand our products may not be suitable for everyone, and we encourage those seeking vegan options to explore the many excellent alternatives available.
